Return Policy

If you wish to return or exchange a shipped product, email our office to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 10 days of the original ship date of the product.

The following guidelines apply to all returns:

• Sales of the following are final and non-refundable: TestBank, electronic & online products (such as e-Handbooks, e-Flashcards, e-FormulaSheet, Course, and Final Review package), and printed FormulaSheet.
  
  
• The following products may be returned provided that they are in their original condition and unopened in the original packaging: printed Study Handbooks, printed Flashcards, and calculators.
  
  
• Shipped products must be returned within 5 calendar days of the RAN's issue date, and are subject to a 5% processing fee.
  
  
• Returns or cancellations will not be accepted less than 20 days prior to the start of the exam period, regardless of when the order was placed.
  
  
• Return and/or cancellation of a single component of a study package will result in the remaining products in the package being charged at full retail price plus a 5% processing fee.
  
  
• Associated shipping costs (including duties, customs, and/or fees) are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are refundable only for products that have not yet been shipped to the customer when the return/cancellation request is received.
  
  
• Claims concerning defective products must be received by UpperMark within 7 days of receipt of the order. Defective products may be exchanged for the same product if returned in a package postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the order.
  
  
• Return and/or exchange products should be sent, with a copy of the receipt and the RAN, to:

Once a returned product is received and approved as returnable, a credit for the price paid for the product, less the processing fee, will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
